It’s been nearly 10 months since The Arts Residences at the Thompson Hotel broke ground, and on Friday, much of the development and leasing team took their first hard hat tour of the site, with the Business Journal tagging closely behind. The $116 million, 20-floor, 337,000-square-foot, mixed-use hotel and for-sale condo development is along the River Walk at the corner of St. Mary’s Street and Lexington Avenue, across from El Tropicano Riverwalk Hotel.
